The Switch-Up application respects the privacy of individuals. This privacy policy describes how we collect, store and process your personal data.

In order to carry out your initial nutritional assessment and to offer you all the features of Switch-Up, we need a certain amount of information. This data is collected in order to :

• create your account and user profile,
• Premium subscription,
• personalized nutritional recommendations, 
• email support and assistance,
• sending newsletters (prior consent),
• analysis of application usage and user experience, 
• statistical studies of anonymized data, notably on users' dietary habits and balance.

Your personal data is stored in databases located in France. In the event of transfers outside this territory, we undertake to manage these transfers in accordance with the applicable regulations.

You have various rights over your personal data (right of access, right of rectification, right of opposition, right to erasure, right of limitation, right to portability, right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, right to withdraw consent at any time and right to contact us to define data processing guidelines after death). • Foods eaten at least once a week 
• Level of physical activity and sport
• E-mail address

This information is entered when you create your user account. They are essential to guarantee access to the services provided by the Switch-Up application.

Subsequently, as part of the day-to-day use of the application, other information will be communicated, including : 

• Foods eaten at every meal 
• Physical and sporting activities  
• Weighing (weight + date of weighing)

The processing of data concerning your food consumption is essential for our teams of experts, who will be the only ones to have access to your personal information in order to meet your expectations and needs.

3.2. Automatically collected data

When using the Switch-Up application or browsing our website, certain data is automatically collected from your device or web browser:

• Country and city via terminal IP address
• Cookies
• Application version
• Phone model and features (operating system and version, camera model)
• Premium Account data provided by APPLE (date of purchase, cancellation, renewal, expiration, trial period, renewal).

4. HOW IS YOUR INFORMATION USED?

Our company respects the provisions protecting human rights and fundamental freedoms.

In accordance with these provisions, information concerning you :

• are obtained fairly and lawfully and are processed fairly and lawfully;

4. WHO IS THE INFORMATION COLLECTED FOR?

The personal information collected concerning you is intended for the Switch-Up company and may, unless you object, be communicated to its commercial partners.

The information collected by our cookies or your IP addresses is intended for use by IT Department staff who are specially authorized to process such information and are bound by professional secrecy.

5. HOW LONG DO YOU KEEP INFORMATION ON COMPUTER MEDIA?

Mail or documents received or sent via e-mail are kept for a period of one year, after which they are saved by the IT Department.

IP address information is stored for one day and then saved.

The personal information you provide to us, in particular  your eating habits are kept for the duration of your user account, then archived. In the event of an account deletion via a formal request on the contact form, all your data will be deleted.

6. WHERE ARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA STORED? IS IT SECURE?

Your personal data is mainly stored in databases located in France.

We make every effort to protect your personal information. This is why we have adopted internal measures to guarantee the integrity of your data as far as possible.

7. IS INFORMATION ABOUT YOU DISCLOSED?

Information concerning you is shared with the Switch-Up team in charge of managing user accounts and may, unless you object, be communicated to our partners for commercial prospecting purposes.

8. HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT OF ACCESS AND RECTIFICATION?

You have the right to access your personal information and to obtain a copy of it, or to have it corrected if necessary.
