    2. Wash the orange, remove all its zest using a grater, then squeeze its juice.

     

    3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy, and add the orange zest.

     

    4. In a mixing bowl, cream the butter until smooth, then add the egg and sugar mixture. Mix vigorously until you obtain a homogeneous batter.

     

    5. Gradually incorporate the flour, yeast, and then the orange juice.

     

    6. Prepare a cake pan, line the bottom with parchment paper, and pour in the batter. Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C, then lower the oven temperature to 180°C and cook for another 5 minutes.
