  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 shallots
  • 1 bunch chives

    1. Remove the skin from the salmon and cut into pieces.

     

    2. Peel and roughly chop the garlic and shallot, then wash and chop the chives.

     

    3. Mix the salmon, garlic and shallot in a freezer bag, olive oil, lemon juice, chives, salt and pepper. Chill for 2 hours.

     

    4. Once the salmon has marinated, assemble the skewers by skewering the pieces of fish and shallots onto the skewers.

     

    5. Cook for 10 minutes on the barbecue or plancha. Enjoy.
