    1. Wash the lemon, remove the zest and squeeze. Reserve the juice.

     

    2. Peel and cut the mango, orange and kiwis into equal-sized pieces.

     

    3. Wash and chop the peaches, strawberries and grapes.

     

    4. Mix all the fruit in a bowl,  lemon zest and chopped mint, then sprinkle with lemon juice and decorate with a few blueberries.

     

    5. Chill before serving.
