    2. Put them in a saucepan and add water until the zucchinis are halfway submerged. Cook them for 15 minutes, covered.

     

    3. Pour the mixture into a mixing bowl and let it cool. Add the fresh cream, pressed garlic, basil leaves, and blend until smooth. 

     

    4. Season with salt and pepper to your liking. Keep chilled until ready to serve (minimum 30 minutes).
