    4. <\/strong>D\u00e9posez ensuite les tomates dans le fond de la po\u00eale c\u00f4t\u00e9 chair. Ajoutez l\u2019origan, le thym, le sel et poivre puis laissez cuire \u00e0 couvert \u00e0 feu moyen pendant 10 minutes.<\/p>

    5. <\/strong>Dans un moule rond \u00e0 manqu\u00e9, disposez une feuille de papier cuisson puis les tomates confites face peau au fond du moule en les serrant bien.<\/p>

    6. <\/strong>D\u00e9roulez la p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e sur le dessus des tomates en repliant bien les bords vers l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du moule. Piquez la p\u00e2te avec une fourchette et enfournez pendant 20 minutes.<\/p>
